The Roundtable is an organization that models the idea of King Arthur and his Knights. They believed no one person made all the decisions, everyone at the table was equal.  This was a team of men dedicated to collaborative thinking, strategic planning and group execution. The Roundtable functions as one with many moving parts; we are only as strong as our weakest link.  It is important that we support each other professionally, personally, emotionally and mentally.
